rib soup

ingredients:

1 1/2 pound rib

1 slice scallions

1 bunch of cilantro

1 bunch of parsley

8 cups water

5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

chopped cilantro

salt and pepper to taste


steps:

in a pot with water put the ribs with the onion, cilantro and parsley. take your game to a boil, reduce heat and continue cooking until the meat begins to soften.add salt, pepper and potatoes and cook until potatoes and meat are tender. to serve, remove the onion
